RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At this time, we do not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations, as our products are handcrafted and made to order, and production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the natural characteristics of soy wax and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, and finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review the information provided, Cute & Wicked Candles will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy as appropriate.
