PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All Cute and Wicked Candles products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, depending on the size of your order. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — U.S. ONLY

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery location.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within approximately 2–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We generally ship orders Monday through Wednesday to help prevent candles and other temperature-sensitive products from sitting in delivery trucks or shipping facilities over the weekend.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Thursday–Saturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Please wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the store.

When picking up your order, please have your order confirmation or pickup notification available so our staff can confirm your order.

READY-FOR-PICKUP ORDERS

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your Ready for Pickup notification.

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, orders that are not picked up within the 7-day pickup window are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available arrangements.
