Directions

1. Empty the packet into a small saucepan.

2. Add 3–4 cups of water.

3. Gently crush the cardamom pods to release their fragrance.

4. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.

5. Add water as needed to keep ingredients covered.

6. Turn off heat when finished and allow to cool before disposal.
